I made a few adjustments today.

First was moving that sponge into chamber 2. When it was in chamber 3 where it came stock. It was causing lots of micro bubbles. I moved it to chamber 2 and not only did the micro bubbles go away it muffled the sound the water was making when falling into chamber 2. Sometime next week ill get some live rock rubble to put into chamber 2 but for now that sponge will stay there.

The temp in the tank rose to 80.6f over night. I took the heater and adjusted it from where it was at 78f to 75f. After a few hours it fell to 77.9 and did not dip any lower. I adjusted the heater a tad bit higher and its currently sitting at 78.5
